A rollator listing may place unusual emphasis on one number: 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, or another wheel diameter. That number is useful, but it is not a complete verdict on where the rollator can go or how it will feel.

A larger wheel can change how the product approaches a small gap or surface transition. It does not automatically make a rollator more stable, easier to turn indoors, more comfortable, safer on rough ground, or suitable for curbs. Those outcomes depend on the complete product, the route, the surface, and the person using it.
