Before you join
Who can join DeepTireh VIP?
DeepTireh customers and email subscribers may join. The membership is completed through DeepTireh checkout using the customer information provided at purchase.
Does VIP renew automatically?
No. The first membership term lasts 12 months. We plan to send a reminder before it ends, and you choose whether to renew manually.
When do I become a Lifetime VIP?
After your first 12-month term, renew once for another $29.90. Once the second membership payment is completed, your account becomes Lifetime VIP and no further membership fee is required.
Do I get the free gift or 20% benefit again when I renew?
No. The welcome benefit is available once, during the first VIP enrollment only.
How does the 20% welcome benefit work?
If you choose 20% off as your welcome benefit, it is intended for one future order, with no minimum spend, no product exclusions, and no expiration. It cannot be combined with the ongoing VIP 10% discount or another promotion.
How does the free gift option work?
Choose one eligible complimentary gift during your first VIP enrollment. If the gift can ship with a paid product order, it may be packed with that order. If it ships separately, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Gift selection is subject to availability.
Can VIP discounts be combined with other discounts?
No. The VIP 10% discount and the one-time 20% welcome benefit cannot be combined with each other or with another discount.
Can I get a refund for VIP membership?
No. DeepTireh VIP membership fees are non-refundable.
VIP membership terms & support conditions
Membership term. The first DeepTireh VIP payment provides 12 months of annual VIP status. Membership does not renew automatically. A second membership payment upgrades the same customer to Lifetime VIP, after which no further membership fee is required.
Welcome benefit. The free gift or 20% off welcome benefit is available once, on the first VIP enrollment only. The customer must choose one option. The two welcome benefits cannot be combined. The 20% option is intended for one future order and cannot be combined with another discount.
Ongoing member discount. Active Annual VIP and Lifetime VIP customers receive 10% off eligible store purchases. The VIP discount cannot be combined with another discount or promotional code.
Extended support. Eligible DeepTireh purchases made while VIP status is active receive six additional months of after-sales support beyond the standard support period. Coverage is intended for eligible issues arising under normal use and excludes intentional damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, and use outside the product’s intended purpose.
Wear-part replacement. During the applicable support period, eligible wear parts may be replaced at no product charge up to three times per eligible product. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Eligibility may require order verification, product identification, and reasonable documentation of the issue.
Gift shipping. When a free gift ships separately from another paid product order, shipping charges may apply. If the gift can be packed with an eligible product order, it may ship together subject to availability and fulfillment requirements.
Refunds. DeepTireh VIP membership fees are non-refundable.
