How Payments Are Processed

Your order will normally enter processing after your payment has been successfully authorized or completed.

Payment Verification

Taxes, Duties, and Other Charges

Applicable taxes or other order-related charges will be displayed during checkout where required and available.

Depending on your shipping destination, local customs authorities, financial institutions, or payment providers may impose additional duties, taxes, currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges.

Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

When a refund is approved and issued by Deeptireh, the refund will be returned to the same payment method originally used to place the order.

For example, an order paid by credit card will normally be refunded to the same credit card, while an order paid through PayPal will normally be refunded to the original PayPal payment method.

After Deeptireh processes the refund, it generally takes approximately 1–3 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note that the actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, digital wallet provider, or other financial institution.

Refund eligibility remains subject to Deeptireh's applicable Refund Policy / Return & Refund Policy.

Failed, Declined, or Duplicate Payments

If your payment is declined, please check that:

• Your card or payment information was entered correctly;

• Your billing address matches the information held by your financial institution;

• Your payment method has sufficient available funds or credit;

• Your card is authorized for online or international transactions, where applicable; and

• Your bank or payment provider has not blocked the transaction for security reasons.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We will review the transaction and assist you as quickly as reasonably possible.
