FDA Registration & Device Listing Information

DeepTireh may provide FDA registration and device listing information for applicable medical device product categories based on manufacturer documentation.

“SGS Tested Where Applicable” means testing information may be available for certain models. It does not mean every DeepTireh product has the same test report or identical test scope.

CE & International Documentation

CE or international conformity documentation may vary by product model, product category, market, and applicable regulatory requirements.

DeepTireh does not describe all products as “CE Certified” unless model-specific documentation supports that statement. When applicable, conformity documentation may be reviewed or provided by product model.

Model-Specific Documentation

DeepTireh product documentation is model-specific. Product labels, manuals, weight limits, test reports, packaging details, Smart NFC resources, and support information should match the exact model being sold or used.

Rollators, walkers, canes, crutches, transfer benches, shower stools, and commode chairs may have different documentation.
Specifications should be checked by product page, product label, packaging, manual, and support documentation.
Product pages may be updated when documentation changes or when a model-specific correction is needed.

Product Labels, Manuals, Weight Limits & Safety Information

Product labels and manuals provide important information such as product model, intended product category, setup instructions, warnings, product limits, weight limits, care instructions, and safety reminders.

Always read the product manual and product label before use.
Never exceed the stated weight limit for the specific product model.
Inspect the product before use and stop using it if it appears damaged, unstable, incomplete, incorrectly assembled, or unsuitable for the environment.

Smart NFC Support Access

Selected DeepTireh products include Smart NFC support access. Products marked “Smart NFC Ready” can connect to digital resources such as product verification, setup guidance, product registration, support resources, and helpful product information.

Smart NFC is a product support access feature. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, real-time monitoring, professional supervision, or caregiver replacement.

Claims We Do Not Make

DeepTireh aims to keep product and documentation claims accurate, model-specific, and supported by available files.

We do not describe products as FDA approved unless a specific product has applicable FDA approval documentation.
We do not describe all products as CE certified unless model-specific CE documentation supports that statement.
We do not claim that any product can guarantee prevention of falls, injuries, accidents, or medical outcomes.
We do not claim that Smart NFC provides diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or medical monitoring.
We do not claim that one product model’s test report automatically covers all other product models.
