DEEPTIREH SMART NFC

Smart NFC support, made clear.

On products identified as NFC Ready, a compatible phone can open model-specific support options. The available destination depends on the product and the resources published for that model.

Smart NFC is included only when a product is identified as NFC Ready. Do not assume that an accessory or product without that label includes an NFC tag.

WHAT IT PROVIDES

Three direct support paths.

Installation videos

Open a real, model-specific installation video for your NFC Ready product.

Customer support access

Reach the available DeepTireh support channel with your product model or Smart NFC ID ready.

Product & subscription registration

Open the registration options associated with your product and submit the requested details.

HOW TO USE IT

Tap in three steps.

  1. Find the tag. Confirm that the product is marked NFC Ready, then locate the DeepTireh NFC tag.
  2. Prepare the phone. Turn on the display and unlock the phone if prompted. On Android, enable NFC when the device provides an NFC setting.
  3. Open the notification. Hold the phone’s NFC reading area close to the tag, then tap the notification or link that appears.

PHONE COMPATIBILITY

Reading method varies by device.

Compatibility also depends on the phone’s software, settings, case, and NFC antenna position.

iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and later

Compatible web-link NFC tags can be detected through background tag reading while the display is on. Unlock the phone if prompted, then open the notification.

iPhone 7, 8 and X

Reading method depends on the installed iOS version and available controls. Use NFC Tag Reader in Control Center when available, or a compatible NFC reader app if required.

Android phones

Use an NFC-capable phone and enable NFC when the phone provides that setting. Keep the display on and unlock the phone if prompted. Scan position and behavior vary by manufacturer and model.

IF THE TAG DOES NOT OPEN

Try a closer, slower scan.

Move the phone slowly around the tag, remove a thick or metal case, and confirm that NFC is enabled where applicable. If the tag still does not respond, use the support links below instead.
